Tea time at Tong Pak Fu with family

Rainy day everyday...Rain didn't stop once yesterday. :((

Actually I hate rainy days..makes people think about old memories and sad moments...

But I had a great tea-time with my family, although simple but full of love.

So, we decided to spend our tea-time at "Tong Pak Fu 糖百府" which famous with delicious desserts.

They also have discount 5% for those customers who have student card. 

Tong Pak Fu has many branches in Penang, I went to the nearest one to my house at Burma Road. Just opposite The Malaysia Buddhist Association 马佛总会 building.

BLACK SESAME GLUTINOUS RICE BALL RM5.80
Sweet ginger soup and black sesame glutinous rice ball suits the cold rainy day and warm my body. Feels so good!

TRAOKA DURIAN SNOW ICE RM12.80
I think this is the durian lovers favourite dessert because it taste so good and you won't feel disgust with the smeel of the durian because it makes the texture very smooth and nice.

BROWNIES WITH VANILLA ICE-CREAM RM10.80
Sweet chocolate and eat with the vanilla ice-cream is the perfect match.

After having our tea-time, we also headed home...That's all for today. Have a nice day.

Eating with love at Pasta Zanmai @ Gurney Paragon Mall

Hello guys...back to blogging now.. Last Saturday, I have a late lunch date with my special one. I waited him to come and fetch me then we headed to Gurney Paragon Mall to fulfill our cravings for Japanese food. Pasta Zanmai is a Japanese casual pasta restaurant that started from Kuala Lumpur. They have total of 8 branches now in Malaysia. Besides Pasta Zanmai, they also have another two restaurants that opened by the same company which are Shushi Zanmai and Raku Zen. Three of the restaurants serve nice and delicious Japanese food. And now, I would like to share with you what have I tasted at Sushi Zanmai that day. We ordered a few dishes as just only two of us and we really enjoyed the food so much.

Too bad I forgotten the name of this dish.. Is a chef recommended one.. it is a sliced beef wrapped with enoki mushroom and the sauce is Japanese terriyaki sauce. You could just eat it in one big bite and you would feel the taste and sweetness of the beef blend with the mushroom. Very delicious!

A big bowl of pasta with fried shrimp with lettuce and you need to add in the sesame powder and squeeze the lemon so that you could taste the mouthwatering pasta. The lemon will stimulate the taste so that you won't feel unctuous of the dish.  

I like this dessert the most as I love chocolate ice-cream and this is a banana with corn-flakes inside. I really forgot the name but I highly recommend you should go and try.. is superb nice and may enlighten your mood of the day. It cost RM16.  

This is the one that I ordered, I forgot the name of this dish but I know it contains creamy mushroom sauce, different kinds of mushrooms added in it, an half-boiled egg, when you mixed it all together, the taste is like creamy and full of mushroom taste. Is suitable for vegetarian friends to eat.

What a cold day! Raining non stop... Late to say HI!! to October.. I do wish this month is a full of memories month... I am going to end my foundation soon...preparing to have my last semester exam then I can have a good holiday with my friends and my family.

Yesterday, a usual Friday for me, but I had a lot of fun with my precious and love ones...In everyone's life there will be a bunch of friends that will always be there for you, joking and crazy around with you.. Actually we were planning to go Pasar Malam at Jelutong... Pasar Malam in English means night market..there were a lot of things to see and buy in a very cheap price..and also nice food stall too... but too bad.. the rain didn't stop at all.. so we decided to go PIK NIK.

PIK NIK is quite a famous place where people can go there to have a good chat and gathering with their friends and family. They serve delicious food and drinks too.. we have ordered their famous food too.. will introduce later.. XD... We had a great chit chat and we played Truth or Dare.. although just only 4 of us but we still enjoy ourselves. The atmosphere of the place is comfortable and the tables and chairs are decorated in a unique way. Their menu is also very special too... simple and nice... I love simple things..it makes me feel so comfortable and ease... Their walls are decorated with nice drawings and is very artistic.. love the aroma of the place.. I strongly recommend to all of you to have a visit.. Actually I went there a lot of times..but I never get bored going there... XP

After that, we went to The Twelve Cups that located at the Penang Heritage Site - Bishop Street.
The Twelve Cups serve delicious crepe cake and special drinks. It is a place for gathering and have Hi-Tea too... We bought a Tiramisu Millie Crepe cake for Wen Yuan as her belated birthday cake. :D

At the end of the day, we are so happy and we hope that we could hang out together again in the end of the year. Maybe we can go for a trip together? haha... I love you all ... Miss you... Hope that this day is a memorable day for all of you :D

Love Bites and The Twelve Cups - Gathering and Sharing

TGIF!  Is good that today I finally got the chance to go out with my girls who studying at Form 6 at my former school - Penang Chinese Girls' High School. They are Yee Ning and Wen Yuan, both of them are my crazy friends during my high school years... although we knew each other for almost 3 years.. but the bonding between us are still there. They are K-POP fans, they know everything about the Korean singers and their news.. just like a paparazzi. After my class, my special person has come to fetch me and Meng Ju is there to accompany me for the whole day... Whee~~ Meng Ju ( Alice) she was in her semester break, so we often went out together too...
So after I got back home, I had a quick bath then I am off to fetch them.. I was late that time as we wanted to meet at 1.30pm but due to traffic jam, I reached there around 1.45pm. 

Then, we headed to our destination - Love Bites to have our lunch. 
Love Bite is a very nice place for couples and you can have set lunch with acceptable price.
We laugh. We talk. We share. Miss those times together during high school... I hope I have more time gathering with them... :D

That day we also celebrated Wen Yuan's belated birthday, so I, Yee Ning and Alice have treated her the lunch.

The food is nice and unique platter. The drinks is cool and nice. You just add on RM7.90 to have your set lunch and you could choose any main courses from the menu. I think this is more valuable to eat set lunch. 


First... you will have your mushroom soup with a cute heart shaped toasted bread (p.s. it taste like biscuit and is crispy) You should dip the toasted bread into the mushroom soup and you will find it special and delicious.

The upper one is coffee ( I forgot the name) , the below one is Ice Peach Tea which ordered by me and the taste is cozy and nice.

 There are having a promotion of SUPERSIZE to celebrate their first year anniversary and this is one of the dish - Twins Jumbo Chicken Sausage with House side dish and Sesame BBQ sauce. Our belated birthday girl has ordered this dish and it cost RM9.90 nett

This is also one of the SUPERSIZE dish that ordered by me - XXL Chicken Cutlet with House side dish and chicken gravy , RM9.90 nett

After having our main course, we have a nice platted dessert - Chocolate brownie and cream with a small biscuit on top.

We are very full and contented after our nice lunch together. Then we took some pictures before we headed to another place - The Twelve Cups

Almost one year I have stopped blogging...But now, I am going to start my blogging life and share my life with you all...

In this whole year, many things had happened, happy and sad memories... My dream is to make my life colourful...

Why do I want to blog again? Hmm...good question. Because I finally realized that blogging is a way to express feelings and sharing thoughts with readers...I love to share things with everyone... Life just come once.. enjoy my life and do anything that I want and feels right to me...
